Online Coaching Standard is the basic service I can offer remotely.<\/h4>\n

Online Coaching Standard is a 4-week subscription that contains:<\/p>\n

1\ufe0f\u20e3 Customised diet plan designed for 30 days. 4 different personalised daily menus are offered<\/p>\n

2\ufe0f\u20e3 Personalized workout structure for 30 days via Dietaflex app (android\/iphone)<\/p>\n

3\ufe0f\u20e3 Continuous tracking of progress and body changes using the Tracking methods in the Dietaflex app<\/p>\n

4\ufe0f\u20e3 Modification of nutrition and training according to the evolution<\/p>\n

5\ufe0f\u20e3 Weekly report via WhatsApp (Monday->Friday)<\/p>\n

\u27a1\ufe0f Online Coaching is a subscription service, access to the Dietaflex app is only offered for the duration of the subscription. After the subscription expires you lose access to the training database.<\/div>\n
