What the service involves personal training ?

Assisted Training

  • Assisted workouts are the optimal way to give yourself a new body
  • With assisted training you will always benefit from maximum attention, having a program shaped according to the desired style and individual goal (you can opt for strength/endurance/mixed training).
  • You will always have the structure planned for each individual workout, all geared towards visible personal progress.
  • The duration of the sessions is usually 1 h (in certain situations it is prolonged) and is usually carried out according to the following structure: dynamic warm-up, actual training, stretching.

Valid Options

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION (240/360/480 RON for 8 / 12 / 16 sessions in 4 weeks depending on needs):

  • Includes assisted workouts (does not include nutrition plan)
  • 50% Discount on a meal plan (the cost becomes 150 ron)
  • Permanent online consultation.
  • You will have your place reserved by weekly appointment.
  • Limited number of people
  • Meal plans are made according to the principles of flexible diet and customized to your needs and goals.(details about the eating plan)

Permanent Consultancy

  • You will receive permanent online consultation via Facebook, Whatsapp. I will answer your questions as soon as possible.
  • Discount 50% on a meal plan (150 RON paid once), after which this can be modified monthly based on your evolution
  • The training plan is modified according to the needs/development so there is a permanent orientation towards progress and eliminating the risk of “plateauing”.

Payment can be made after each session (Single Payment) or at the beginning of the month (Subscription).

Comments on Personal Training:
  • Personal Training is for everyone, both beginners and advanced. Assisted workouts are geared to the individual's goal and include strength training, LISS cardio and/or HIIT, or a combination of the two.
  • Due to the limited personal schedule and space available, Personal Training appointments are required.
  • Due to the large number of appointments for the Personal Training service, there is a possibility that at certain times there may not be places available, so please use the Contact form to check availability.
  • Each appointment is made in the most convenient way for the client.
  • If you wish to reserve a place and pay a monthly subscription, the client has the number of sessions chosen for a period of 4 weeks. Example: 8 sessions / 4 weeks, resulting in 2 scheduled sessions per week.
  • If, for certain well-founded reasons, the client cannot make it to a meeting, this should be reported 24 hours before the meeting and an attempt will be made to make it up in the same week, depending on the available places. If the rescheduling is not successful, please consider the meeting as lost. In order to be able to offer maximum attention to all clients, the personal limit is 3 clients/session, so keep in mind that by reserving a place you are blocking a possible place for another client.
  • The Personal Training fee is only payment for assisted training and online consulting, it does not include the membership for the gym where the activity takes place (purchased separately).
  • Due to a large number of weekly requests and taking into account that each Meal Plan is customized, the delivery time can be as short as 5 days.
  • The Personal Training Service IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
