Online Coaching Standard is a 4-week subscription that contains:

1️⃣ Customised diet plan designed for 30 days. 4 different personalised daily menus are offered

2️⃣ Personalized workout structure for 30 days via Dietaflex app (android/iphone)

3️⃣ Continuous tracking of progress and body changes using the Tracking methods in the Dietaflex app

4️⃣ Modification of nutrition and training according to the evolution

5️⃣ Weekly report via WhatsApp (Monday->Friday)

❌ Does not include medical test recommendations

❌ Food and dietary supplements do not take into account medical tests
